Like many travel companies, the COVID-19 pandemic has had a devastating impact on Flash Pack. The industry has been hit hard, particularly hitting group travel for solo travelers.
We have spent every day of the last seven months looking for ways to allow the Flash Pack to continue, from funding to licensing. And while we know travel will return, continuing to search for a viable solution without a clear idea of when it will happen now is too great a risk.
With that in mind, Lee and I have decided to put the Flash Pack into management right away, to help our existing customers get a refund as quickly as possible.
However, we are not ready for the adventure to end.
By relocating our home, we have been able to save the business, and our hope is to relaunch sometime in 2021, when or if the pandemic allows. The future of our adventure is still uncertain and we have no idea if we will return but, for now, our website and our social channels will remain online, in hibernation.

We would like to thank our wonderful Flashpackers community for everything; it has been an enormous privilege. Her courage, kindness, and adventurous spirit is what Flash Pack did today, and the thousands of lasting friendships formed in our adventures, along with growing confidence in the joy of solo travel, are the legacies we hope will continue in the future, with or without us.
