Day 1: Marrakech
Marrakech arrival at Marrakech Menara airport. Welcome.
Assistance and transfer to your hotel. Dinner and accommodation.
Day 2: Marrakech
Full day sightseeing of Marrakech: the Menara gardens, the Bahia palace, the Saadian Tombs, and the Koutoubia mosque. Lunch at hotel. Afternoon visit of the famous Djemaa El Fna square with its surrounding souks and handicraft centres. Optional dinner Fantasia show, overnight at the hotel.
Day 3: Marrakech/Ouarzazate/Zagora
Marrakech - Ouarzazate - Zagora (37Km) departure to Ouarzazate via the mountains of the high Atlas passing through the Tizi’n Tichka pass at an altitude of 2260 m. Continuation to Zagora via the mountains of the Anti Atlas, the Draa valley with its numerous palm groves and Kasbahs. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.
Day 4: Zagora/Erfoud
Zagora-Erfoud (250 Km). After breakfast, excursion to Tamegroute, visit of the famous library containing old books and documents dating from 12th century. Visit of the sand dunes of Tinfou. Departure to Erfoud, via the new road leading sceneries of pre-Saharian desert dotted with Berber villages, and of the Saghro Mountain massive follow each other perpetually. Stop at Tazzarine, small Berber village. Afternoon, continuation to Erfoud via the villages of Alnif and Rissani, birthplace of the present Alaouites Dynasty. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.
Day 5: Erfoud/Tineghir
Erfoud-Tineghir (200 Km). Early morning an optional jeep excursion to see the sunrise over the sand-dunes of Merzouga. Back to the hotel for breakfast and continuation to the Tinghir canyons which rocks reach an altitude of 250 meters. After the visit, back to Tineghir. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 6: Tineghir/Ouarzazate
Tineghir - Ouarzazate (170Km). After breakfast, departure to the Dades canyons for a visit and then continuation to Ouarzazate via the road of the 1000 Kasbahs and the Dades valley, famous for its roses. Afternoon, sightseeing of Ouarzazate with visit to the Kasbah of Taourirt. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.
Day 7: Ouarzazate/Marrakech
Ouarzazate-Marrakech (200 Km). Visit of the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou and return to Marrakech via the Tichka pass. Rest of day at leisure. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.
Day 8 : Marrakech/Departure
Marrakech-Departure. Transfer to the airport of Marrakech, assistance with departure formalities.
